We want you to be completely satisfied with your Iron Command purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Digital products

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@ironcommand.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 3 business days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
